Roosters Hockey Season 2024 Information and registration

Hi Roosters,
We’re excited to welcome you to the 2026 hockey season! At Roosters Hockey Club, we remain committed to keeping our fees competitive while ensuring the ongoing strength of our club. While all fees listed are full fees, please know that we are continually working with our sponsors to bring future reductions to our members wherever possible. Fees for this year have increased slightly, as Gold Coast Hockey has needed to adjust fees in response to GCHMG increases.
Registration Process for 2026

To play in 2026, all players—both Senior and Junior—must complete two registrations:
1. The Roosters Majestri link (club registration): https://roostershockey.majestri.com.au/season
2. The HQ Rev Sport link (state registration): https://www.revolutionise.com.au/roostershc/registration
Both platforms offer payment plans to help spread out costs. If you need assistance outside of these options, or if you wish to use a government sports voucher, please email the club at secretary@roostershockey.com.au before registering so we can help you through the process.
If you are registering a Junior and need some support, please contact the club to see what arrangements can be made to help keep your child on the paddock.

Discounts and Referral Program
- Additional discounts are available for those contributing as coaches or taking on roles with GC Hockey (e.g., First Aid, Umpiring, Duty Manager).
- For each new player you refer to Roosters, you will receive $50 off your own fees. Bring in 5 new players and receive $250 off! Make sure your name is listed as the referrer during their registration.

- If you are eligible for a Play On! Sports Voucher (the new program replacing Fair Play Vouchers), please visit the Play On! Sports Voucher website https://www.qld.gov.au/recreation/sports/funding/playon for details and updates as the new round is released soon. Once you have your voucher, email it to secretary@roostershockey.com.au and we will assist you with the process.

Key Registration Details
- All players are invited to Come & Try Days and Trials. Registration must be completed before Game 1 on March 6th.
- Come & Try and Trial dates will be advertised soon. Anyone wishing to attend can complete this Expression of Interest (EOI) form: https://forms.gle/jALjK3wgX45cBNBs9 Please share this link with friends who may be interested!
- If you cannot register immediately, please complete the Intent to Play form so we can include you in team lists for Gold Coast Hockey: https://forms.gle/YKuJbSxYh4tAF8mi6
- Uniform orders for playing jerseys are due by Jan 30th. Shorts, socks, and skirts can be purchased via Majestri.
- Please return any club-owned shirts you no longer need.
- Monthly payment options are available; registering early helps reduce your monthly cost.

If you are eligible for a Play On! Sports Voucher, please visit the https://www.qld.gov.au/recreation/sports/funding/playon for details and updates as the new round is released soon. Once you have your voucher, email it to secretary@roostershockey.com.au and we will guide you through the redemption process.

Additional Notes
- All players must be registered with both Roosters and QLD Hockey before taking the field.
- Juniors selected to play Senior Hockey will need to update Registration to select additional Fee
